Unless of course, You want to take the easy option. And a most dangerous one, which is the one about taking these so-called miracle cure pills? I am NOT on about proper supplements here as we are all aware of how beneficial they can be. I am on about all of these super quick weight loss pills that either do nothing or can permanently damage you.
Or even end cause the death of some misinformed person. A girl over here in the UK died recently after taking one. (summer 2015)
Some of these so-called aids contain stimulants such as sibutramine. It could be fatal as it can cause heart attacks. Sibutramine is merely another name for the banned prescription weight loss “aid” Meridia.
It can also induce strokes in individuals. You see, how is the ordinary guy meant to know what ingredient is what as if they are on sale, then they must have been tested and approved! Right? Not the case.
Most (not all) of these pills are for sale on the internet, but I think that the makers are just praying on the vulnerable and desperate people who do presume that this is the way to achieve the best weight loss. It does more than annoy me.
