In another post, I do suggest this next exercise, and I cannot stress it enough. It is the stomach crunch. Be seated and lie flat on your back in an open space. It does not, however, have to be a large area. That is because you will only be moving up and down and not all around the place.

Lay on your back and cross your arms on your chest because it is easy to form a bad habit of using them to “lever” your way up to count one. As if you do not, it is much simpler and will cheat you out of the best effect of them.

You will get extra assistance when purchasing something that goes hand in glove with this exercise, such as a sit-up frame. If you don’t do any exercising, then I suggest you try this out.

With yourself in a lying down, bring the top half of your body 6 inches off the ground, you must keep your back STRAIGHT AND HAVE FOCUS ON ONLY THE CEILING.

Start with doing 30, and when you have done this, take a 2-minute rest. No more than this, though. Then start again and do 25. Then two-minute rest then 20 down to five.

Do you follow?

Have a 2-minute break after you do the halfway five. Then, when you have come down to, and including the five, the process is then you repeat however many times that you can.

That is what is called a pyramid and will strengthen your core, and your abs will also tone and tighten the more frequently you do it That is purely a strength exercise and not a cardiovascular workout and will most DEFINITELY help you to lose weight naturally.

Push-ups Are Excellent Home Exercises To Lose Weight

Next, we move on to squat thrusts. These are great for the legs and “Rectus Abdominis” (STOMACH MUSCLES) It is also like the exercise bike and rowing machine an intense cardio workout.

Push yourself to a place that you are comfortable with then stop. Make a mental note of that number and then decrease by the amount of 5.

Remember you have to climb back up the pyramid, so don’t make it an impossible task. You must finish with the number that you started with so try maybe 15 to begin with and then ten and then 5 and back up.

That is a fantastic one of the home exercises to lose weight you can do.

That is just an example as I am well aware that fitness levels will differ a lot.

Jogging On The Spot

There is a lot to be said for jogging on the spot. Unfortunately, I can’t partake in it as my disability will not allow it.

That is nearly as effective as a treadmill so you can lose weight naturally by doing this. Like the exercise bike and the treadmill, it is an excellent cardio workout too and will help you towards a fitter and lighter you.

Set yourself a time limit and stick to the duration you set. You must feel shattered and glad to sit when you have finished. The bonus with this is you can do it anywhere that you can stand. That has to be an excellent home exercise to lose weight it is.

 Number 6

The Press-up

The “Press Up,” It is yet another exercise that used to be very common, but over the last decade, the press up is not as popular. Again this is not a cardio workout, but when you do it with these, it will boost your overall level of fitness.

Start the same as you did in the squat thrusts. Find a number which you are pretty MAXED OUT at and then do less, by five each time. Then rise again to finish on that number.

There should be a lot of effort. Because as your fitness improves, you will be able to raise the amounts of your pyramids that you do.

Remember what I am saying to you in other posts that you MUST do them with a healthy weight loss diet. It is an essential part of it but will work 10 x better when you do them together.

As a lady would say (backed them up), I am aware that not everyone can indeed “do these kinds of exercise.” That could be down to not just being overweight, but also due to medical conditions such as arthritis.
