I mean, for goodness sake, an average sized piece of pizza contains around 311 calories. A massive amount when you think about it as there are multiple pieces of pizza and rarely do we people stop at just one slice.
It is therefore effortless to see why we can quickly go well over our calorie allowance for the day. You will usually go over your quota of daily calories eating pizza.
