How Many Calories In Yogurt?

To answer the question of how many calories in yogurt? will be a difficult one to give you a direct answer to, as it would much be dependent on the size of the yogurt pot from which you are eating.

It would be great to eat as a dessert after you have eaten all your healthy foods for lunch. Or, maybe even to top your cereal at breakfast time.

There are various diet and low-fat yogurts available to purchase but on a personal note. I do not see the point in eating these foods because:

  • They will keep you in thinking about eating real full yogurt which does not forget did not help you in remain slim in the first place and –
  • They rarely if ever taste as high as the fully-loaded version anyway, so really, why bother eating them just because you are eating a “yogurt” There seems little point to me.

From A Health Perspective

You see, eating the original forms of this food is not suitable for us from a health perspective, and when you are eating them throughout your diet, well, this then means you are far more likely to go back to eating them once you time dieting is over.

That from a health perspective, you should not do. I am not saying you should never eat . But, as I have said throughout this site, moderation is vital in this mission to keep your weight under control, so make sure you do not eat a lot of them, especially not in a short space of time.

Although they taste great, other than the fat-fee variety, they do contain a fair bit of fat, so I would steer clear if I were you. At least for the duration of your diet.
